Everything you need to know β€” from registration to project submission β€” in 5 simple steps.

Choose School Group ($20/student) or Individual ($30) registration.
After Stripe payment, your account is automatically activated.

πŸ‘₯ Add Your Students

Log in to your RCC Dashboard and click “+ Add Participant”.
Enter each student’s name, grade, and challenge pathway (Coding / Robotics / STEM Learning).

πŸ’‘ Tip for Teachers:
You can also form Teams from the Team Management tab and assign students to them for group challenges.

Student accounts are automatically created on the eLearning platform when you add them to the RCC Dashboard.

After registration, students receive access to selected MRT eLearning courses on elearning.mrtrobotics.com

πŸ€– 1. Robotics Challenge Preparation

Students registered for the Robotics Challenge will receive access to the MRT Robotics learning courses. All robotics courses may be opened for learning and practice.

Learn machine learning, AI motion recognition, and robot control through MRT AI Studio.

Students receive access to the mathematics course that matches their school year level.

The STEM Award is given to students who faithfully complete both:

The award is based on consistency, completion, accuracy, and learning effort through the eLearning platform.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can students participate in multiple challenges?

Yes! Each student can submit up to 1 Coding + 1 Robotics project. The STEM Challenge (eLearning) is available to all participants automatically.

What if I forget my eLearning password?

Teachers can reset via Lost Password. Parents and teachers can reset student passwords from the Manager Dashboard. You can also use Lost Password

Can I add more students after registration?

Yes! You can add students via the Manager Dashboard individually or by uploading a CSV file. Need more spots? Purchase additional seats from the Registration Hub.

Our school has multiple teachers β€” can each manage their own class?

Yes! Upload a CSV with classroom names and teacher emails. The system automatically creates teacher accounts and assigns students. Each teacher sees only their own classroom.

Do I need to provide parent emails?

Yes β€” a parent/guardian email is required for each student. School/institutional emails (.edu.au, .school.nz) cannot be used. Please provide a personal email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

How do we submit our project?

Log in to the Manager Dashboard β†’ “Project Submissions” tab β†’ record a 3-min YouTube demo β†’ paste the link β†’ click “Finalize & Submit”.
