Refund & Modification Policy

Please read our official guidelines regarding registration cancellations, refunds, and participant substitutions.

Last updated: March 2026

Individual Registration Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. For participants who registered individually (Individual Slot):

  • Pre-Event Refunds: Refund requests made before the submission deadline are allowed. However, a standard payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • eLearning / Content Access: The Robotics Coding Challenge provides access to proprietary digital training materials and LMS platforms. If system logs indicate that the participant has already logged in and accessed the course materials, only a partial refund can be issued to account for the consumed digital assets.
  • To request a refund, please contact our support team with your Registration ID.

Group Registration Policy

Group Registrations are offered at a heavily discounted rate. Because of this administrative and financial structuring, Group purchases are strictly non-refundable (no partial or full refunds).

  • Participant Substitution (The Solution): Instead of refunds, Group Managers have full flexibility to swap out students.
  • If a student cannot participate, the Teacher/Manager can simply log into the Manager Dashboard, delete the absent student to free up the quota spot, and easily add a new replacement student.
  • No staff intervention is required for substitutions. You have total control over your roster up until the final submission deadline!

Challenge Hardware Kits

Hardware purchases made via the Kit Store are subject to standard consumer protections. Unopened and unused kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery (return shipping at buyer’s expense). Defective kits will be replaced free of charge. Please email us immediately if you encounter hardware issues.
